True Smiles

Image
I've been working in an inclusive school ( Special Education Departement for exact) for almost 3 years. I can say that I've had my ups and downs along the way. Those days had made me the way I am today. I mean, I've changed into a better person in terms of patience, teaching, handling special kids, group working, and several self-developmental kind of things. I didn't realize working with kids is what I wanted to do since I was a kid. I loved and am still loving kids. I love to be with kids. I love to play with kids. I love to babysit kids. And so many love related to the kids. Although some of them may be annoying or spoiled, I know that they're just the kids. I can tell them the right thing and they'll happily follow and do it directly. That's what makes me even happier. There are times when I feel sad because of  life problems. But whenever I see my special kids, they always have a healing power for my sadness. Because they make me smile directly I s...

The Wedding Madness

Image
At this kind of age, getting a bunch of wedding invitation is irresistible. Unless your heart and emotion are in stable condition, you’ll get easily attacked by ‘galauness’. Haha.. Yes, I’m speaking for myself actually. :p I have been attending many weddings. Some are my relatives. Some are my friends. I have been in charge for being a bridesmaid, too. These experiences have made me aware of how complicated a marriage is. You know, you are not only uniting two hearts but also merging two families. And for me, that’s quite a challenge. I think love and be loved only is not enough to be in the marriage life. There are some values need to be considered, such as trust, responsibility, keeping words, caring, understanding, and respect. As for me, it will be difficult to make a marriage work without having those values. :)   Well, I still salute them who are able to step into a marriage life. They who are at or even younger my age are married. And I can see their happy f...

Little Heaven

Living just by yourself is not easy. It will never be. It's even harder when you start to live by your own in your teenage period. But, I've passed through this period triumphantly. *a proud woman* I started to live by myself when I was 15. Exactly when I entered high school. At that time, I was accepted in the public school located in South Jakarta. The school was so far from my parent's house which was in Tangerang. My mom and I tried to go to school from home. We went at 5 am yet we arrived at 7.30 am using public transportation. I was like whaaaaaaaaatttt??? From that time, my mom decided to put me in a boarding house near school. Hearing their decision shocked me. I thought they were kidding me. How could they be so mean to me? How could they put a-15-year-old-girl into a boarding house? Didn't they want their only daughter to be at home everyday? Was it because I was so rebel during my middle school years? Many questions popped up in my mind. Neither me nor my...

My Cup Of Coffee

Emerging adulthood is never easy. Emerge in this phase of developmental life means having issues with responsibilities, time management, emotional attachments, family matters, romantic relationship, and future plans. As I'm facing this phase of life, I'm facing with some of those issues. As I am turning 23 at the end of this month, I find myself a lil bit tired, dizzy, and unhealthy. Tired of having so much work to be done and responsibilities to handle each day. Dizzy of facing this 'wishy-washy' weather that makes my body catches common cold easier. Unhealthy of lacking to have 8-hours sleep, lacking to have breakfast, lunch, dinner quite often, and lacking to have 'me-time' even just for a bit reading at the end of the day. What I am facing recently is so fast and complicated. As fast as the moving electrons you found in thermal energy. This is happening at the office. I handle special needs children while at the same time I have to deal with people in ar...

J'adore les chaussures!

Well from the title above I guess you can guess what this post about, eh? Yep. It's about my craziness over shoes!! It started when I found some affordable online shops with quirky style. I felt like I had to have that shoes on my own rack at home. Unfortunately, I hadn't earned money yet. I just bought the most I wanted with my saving money. I had to allow some of what I wanted were bought by someone else. :( Since I earn my money now, I can buy some I want. Mostly, I love kind of pretty girly shoes like heels and wedges. I like sneakers and flats, too. Here are some babies I like the most! :) Candi Red from I Wear Up Nina Denim from I Wear Up Brown Wedges, a birthday present Fioni from Payless Shoe Source Batik Boots and Flats from Kulkith and Batik Wedges from I Wear Up Alice Black from I Wear Up

When you are here, you often miss your breakfast mom has made. When you are here, you chaperone lil’ brother then you come to my boarding house, bring me breakfast, and accompany me to school. When you are here, you always bring home some foods we like. When you are here, you like to treat us in all you can eat restaurant because you know we like to eat that much. Dad, You never forget telling us to study hard. You never forget reminding us to always do daily praying. You never forget to check up on how our activities going..
